Terms of service

Tauracat Taurine is a nutritional supplement for cats containing L-taurine. It is for animal use only and is not a drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ask your veterinarian before giving any supplement, particularly to a cat that is pregnant, nursing, under 12 weeks old, on medication or has a diagnosed condition.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices charged at checkout. Shipping is shown before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is priced in error, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely by Whop, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Subscribing is optional. It is never selected by default and you must choose it yourself.

If you choose Subscribe & save, you authorise us to charge the subscription price shown at checkout (including any shipping) when you order, and the same amount again every 28 days when your next shipment is prepared, until you cancel. Before the first charge you will see the price, the renewal interval and how to cancel.

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date at tauracat.com/manage or by emailing support@tauracat.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund shipments already charged, except under our refund policy. If we ever change your subscription price we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

Our 30-day picky-eater guarantee and returns process are described in the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Promo codes apply to eligible first orders only, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

To the extent permitted by law, Tauracat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
