Privacy policy

Information you give us: your name, email, shipping address and phone number when you order, and your email if you sign up for offers.

Payment information is collected and processed by our payment provider, Whop. We do not receive your full card details.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and referral information such as ad click identifiers, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To process and deliver orders, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, send marketing emails you signed up for, prevent fraud, and understand and improve the store, including measuring our advertising.

Service providers who help us run the store: Whop (payments and hosting), our email provider (Klaviyo), our analytics provider (Statsig), shipping carriers and fulfilment partners.

Advertising partners (such as Meta) receive information about visits and purchases, like pages viewed and order value, to measure and improve ads. Under some US state laws this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described below.

We do not sell your information for money. We may disclose information where required by law.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, email support@tauracat.com with the subject "Do not sell or share". We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a decision about your request. Email support@tauracat.com to make a request; we will verify it and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
