Refund policy

If your cat won’t eat Tauracat, email support@tauracat.com within 30 days of delivery of your first order and we will refund that order in full, including shipping. You do not need to return the tub.

The guarantee covers your first order. It applies once per household.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, at your choice.

You can cancel future renewals at any time before your renewal date at tauracat.com/manage. If you are charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge and, provided the shipment has not been sent, we will cancel and refund it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once approved they are usually processed within 5 business days, though your bank may take longer to show them.
