Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Cost
Shipping is free on orders of two or more tubs. Single-tub orders pay a flat $9.95, shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Timing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Problems
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your parcel says delivered but has not arrived, email support@tauracat.com and we will help.
